All orders are shipped in a plain, unmarked package!!!

Most orders are  processed within one(1)-two(2) business days.

Kindly allow five(5) to ten(10) business days for the delivery of fragrances after purchase.

All other items are processed and delivered within one(1) - two(2) business days.

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email within 6 days of invoice date. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a freight costs incurred.

We give store credit for returned merchandise. We do not give cash refunds under sny circumstances, except for duplicate payment of any single order.

All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.

There are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Items must be received within 3 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained, no exceptions. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.

International Delivery is through the Postal Servicel
